This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at www.jmckidsclothing.com

Shipping Options & Delivery Costs

 

We provide shipping through 2 main couriers Evri and Yodel which will be chosen by us.

Shipping is a flat rate fee of £3, orders over £20 will be eligible for free delivery

 

Order Processing Time

 

All orders placed before 12 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day, all orders placed after will be dispatched the next day. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

Lost or damaged

If an item tracking hasn't moved for 5 days, please notify us and we will begin an investigation with the courier company, if your item is still not found a replacement will be issued. 

​

If in the rare case an item arrives damaged, you will be to notify us within 24 hours of the item being delivered. Proof of the damaged packaging and damage to the item will be needed to for an investigation with the courier company, and if successful a replacement will be issued.

 

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

 

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

 

We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.

 

International Orders

 

We do not deliver internationally or to Northern Ireland
